Also the staff was really nice and always helpful everytime we needed some help. The hotel is really quiet, close to the center of Fira. We would definitely come back ! | 5 |

It was included but we had to pay for the one we wanted, and also pay an extra for one extra slice of bread. My husband asked for a fruit and the answer was NO. We had a studio, unfortunitly we were not able to go by the side of the bed by walking because of the form of the silling. we banged our heads sometimes . The hotel is nice. The pool and the area around are great. The location from Fira is also nice. The lady at the reception was really nice and helpfull. | 5 |

Only thing was breakfast was not explained to us when we booked for a buffet breakfast (the breakfast was amazing - better than we thought) but we were quite confused on the first morning and was only allowed juice or coffee, where buffet normally you would have both. Otherwise amazing and super helpful with tips of what to do and also with the services for transfers to the port :) | 5 |
